ContractorTriggerTerms of Service
Effective October 19, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Trade Boss Pro LLC ("we"), which operates ContractorTrigger.
The service
ContractorTrigger is a weekly email with CSV files and a summary listing California contractors with upcoming license-bond cancellations, workers' compensation expirations and new licenses, by county. We build it from the CSLB public License Master file and, where available, public city permit data. We add change detection, trigger windows, filtering, flags and delivery. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by CSLB or the State of California.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Free trial: 14 days, one per agency. If you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription starts at the price shown at checkout.
- Price: $59 per county per month. The founding price of $39 per county per month is limited to the first 20 customers and stays the same while the subscription stays active without a lapse.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial-month refunds unless the law requires them.
- We may change standard prices for future periods with 30 days' email notice. Active founding prices are excluded.
Your use of the data
- License: you may use the reports inside your own agency to find and serve prospects. Please don't resell or republish the files as a data product.
- You're responsible for your outreach. That includes the TCPA, the National and California Do-Not-Call rules, CAN-SPAM, the California Insurance Code and Department of Insurance solicitation rules, and any carrier or surety requirements.
- Records can change at any time. Check status on CSLB Instant License Check before quoting or binding.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", based on public records we don't control. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness or results. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
