ContractorTriggerPrivacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026. This policy covers the ContractorTrigger website (currently contractortrigger.pages.dev) and ContractorTrigger emails, operated by Trade Boss Pro LLC ("we").
What we collect
- Customers: your email, name and agency if you provide them. Stripe, Inc. processes payments. We receive your billing name, email, billing ZIP/country and subscription status, but never your full card number.
- Sample requests: your email and the county you asked about, stored in our own Cloudflare account (Cloudflare Workers KV).
- Email engagement: our email tools may record opens and clicks. We use this only to keep delivery healthy.
- Website: no advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may keep standard server logs for security.
Business contact data used for outreach
To tell insurance and surety-bond agencies about ContractorTrigger, we may email agencies at business email addresses they publish on their own websites or in public business directories. Every such email identifies us, includes our postal address and gives a simple way to opt out. We honor opt-outs within 10 business days and keep a suppression list so we don't contact you again.
Contractor license data in our product
Our reports contain public records from the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) License Master file: license number, business name, business phone, address of record, classifications, bond and workers' compensation details. We don't add email addresses or personnel names. If you're a licensee and think a record is wrong, CSLB is the source of record. You can also ask us to suppress your license from our reports by emailing hello@permittipoff.com.
How we use your information
We use it to deliver the reports you signed up for, handle billing and support, and send service notices. We don't sell or rent customers' personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the product (Stripe, our email provider, our web host) or when the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from any email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at hello@permittipoff.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
Retention
We keep customer records while you're subscribed and afterward for as long as tax rules require. We keep suppression records indefinitely so we can honor opt-outs.
